I am able to carry out a range of professional services, or to provide advice, specifically in relation to highway services, bridge maintenance, and related project or contract management.

My role could be to help you deliver your organisation's objectives and meet any challenges, working together with your in-house team.

Career History

I am an Incorporated Civil Engineer and corporate Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers. I have over 40 years’ experience in the UK local government professional technical services sector, including over 15 years in senior management positions, with four years at a Chief Officer level.

I have had particular responsibility for delivering highway-related services, construction projects, commissioning, and commercial management. I have delivered, as both project manager and SRO, multiple major highways infrastructure projects, up to a value of £20m.

Two new highway bridges to replace existing life-expired bridges, including a unique new rolling bascule bridge designed with cylindrical track teeth and large external hydraulic raking rams.
